SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed through the virtual store will be shipped within 1-3 business days. When the shipments are completed, you will be notified of the cargo tracking number via the e-mail you placed your order.
Shipping within Turkey is free for all your purchases of 1,000 TL or more from our website. For orders under 1,000 TL, the shipping fee will be reflected in the order price. Please check the product during delivery. If you see any damage to the product (impact, wetting, etc.), do not accept the product and send it back, or have the delivery person write a report when receiving it and send the report to us via e-mail. For products received without a report, cargo-related damages that will be notified to us later will not be accepted.

Return requests for products whose packages have been opened or damaged, even partially, will not be accepted by us. Returns must be made in the original packaging and with the invoice. Products sent to us with a product error request will be checked within 7 business days and information about the acceptance status will be sent to the specified e-mail address. If the return is accepted, the fee or credit card refund will be made within 15 business days.
